Birth Doula Services by Star

My birth services include:

-Two prenatal visits in which we will discuss your birth preferences, talk about how you think you can best be supported in your birth, and get to know each other.

-Full birth support from the time you deem appropriate through to one to two hours after the birth, after you're settled in with your new little one and breastfeeding has been initiated.

 -One to two (it's up to you) postpartum visits in which I will help with all the general questions on how to make life as smooth as possible with this new person in your family:  Breastfeeding, sleeping, slings/carriers, baby-soothing techniques, etc.

-Phone availability from the time you hire me.
